Paul Hagan, the brother of on-the-run boxer Thomas, is believed to have been visiting his sibling in Pattaya, Thailand, when the crash occurred

Shortly after, the 24-year-old was seen being handcuffed and bundled into a police van, with his clothes stained and his head and arms caked in blood.
Paul is the younger brother of Thomas Hagan, a boxer and runaway drug bust suspect who fled to Thailand after a £500,000 heroin raid in Glasgow in 2013.
It is believed he was in Pattaya visiting his brother, who has boxed on Thai television, when the incident happened over the weekend.

Paul is understood to have been arrested following the incident, as one picture shows him handcuffed and lying in the back of a police pickup van.
And the images suggest he won’t be getting back on a motorbike in a hurry - if the deep wounds to his head and arms are anything to go by.
A friend of Paul’s since childhood, who has asked not to be named, confirmed the injured Scot’s identity and said he has 'not stopped partying' since arriving in the country.
“Paul went out to Thailand a few weeks ago and he’s not stopped partying since”, he said.
“He’s been out two or three times before for a few months at a time and he’s got a Thai girlfriend...his brothers live out there.”

The pictures are understood to have been taken in the popular party town at about 7.30am on Sunday.
One photograph shows Paul splayed out on the ground wearing tracksuit bottoms and a thin t-shirt, covered in blood while locals tend to his head.
A close-up shot, which is blurred, shows deep wounds on the right side of his head and blood covering his face.
There is also a picture of a local Thai man laid out on the ground, though he does not appear to have any cuts or blood injuries.
And a final snap shows Paul, now with his t-shirt off, handcuffed and thrown in the back of a pickup truck with the words ‘Police Station’ visible on the window.
Pattaya, on the eastern coast of the country, is a town known for its wild nightlife and is a hotspot for tourists.

A spokesman for the Foreign Office said: “We have no immediate records for Paul at our offices in London.
“We are currently liaising with our Thai colleagues to see if they know anything.”
When contacted, police in Pattaya claimed they “did not know” anything about the incident.
It was reported last week that Thomas Hagan had been charged in 2013 with drugs offences and a warrant issued for his arrest. It was reported that the case against him was deserted by the Crown Office the following year.
Paul's other brother, James Hagan, today revealed that he had suffered numerous injuries including a fractured skull.
On his public Facebook page, he wrote: "Spoke to Paul just there. He has fractured skull, eye socket, broken jaw and fractured shoulder.
"There was one other person with a minor injury but the guy is OK. Paul will be going to see him to compensate him as that is how Thailand works."
