READY IN 2016 BUT: 
IT DIDN'T HAPPEN; 
JASMINE PLAZA, GOURMET GARDEN, NIGHT PLAZA, MIDNIGHT PATTAYA, NEW WAVE, ARMAGEDDON, THE BAY, D'LUCK CINEMATIC THEATER.



Jasmine Plaza.

An Egicogroup announced the opening of new bars, retail shops and a Gourmet Garden on Marine Plaza. The new place will be known as Jasmine Plaza and will be ready at the end of 2016, the company promised.

It didn't happen.

Jasmine Plaza should be an extention of Soi BJ's Night Plaza announced by the very same company.



Walking Street / Soi BJ.

Night Plaza by Egicogroup, first announced as Midnight Pattaya, should be ready to open its first shops around the end of 2016.

It didn't happen.



Walking Street / Soi 16.

New Wave, replacing the Rolling Live 2 Bar, on Walking Street / Soi 16: The new 2-story building was scheduled to open during November 2016. 

It didn't happen.



Soi LK Metro.

Armageddon's website informed that its closed bar will be transformed into an A Go-Go Club and will open in December. 

It didn't happen.



Beach Road.

The Bay, announced as Pattaya's new leisure complex, was scheduled to open during the fourth quarter of 2015.

It didn't happen.

The building features now McDonald's and Starbucks outlets, but the larger parts of the attractive shopping arcade are still empty.


Jomtien.

The D'Luck Cinematic Theatre was announced to open during December 2016.

It didn't happen. 

The area is still part of a construction site.
